    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator and Head Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will create, manage and report on the schedule of clients and caregivers. This is an important position that allows us to provide comprehensive and consistent patient care by coordinating medical and health services. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills, as well as caregiver abilities.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate staff with clients, and with each other so everybody works effectively

    Assign caregivers to the appropriate client

    Use browser-based scheduling software

    Maintain an up-to-date schedule that can be referenced by caregivers and office workers

    Communicate with caregivers regarding any updates or changes to their schedule

    Communicate with caregivers and clients to inform them of any schedule or staffing changes

    Assist in the hiring, training, and management of new staff

    Maintain a leadership role as the Head Caregiver; leading the other caregivers by example

    Dress appropriately for office work while you're in the office;

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED

    Previous experience as a Scheduler and Caregiver, or in a similar position is preferred

    Highly organized with attention to detail

    Comfortable with computers

    Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

    Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
