Southern Botanical is looking for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPER to join our TREE CARE branch. IF YOU LOVE THE OUTDOORS AND ARE A GREAT SALESPERSON WE WILL TEACH YOU THE REST. WE HAVE MANY INDUSTRY LEADING EXPERTS ON OUR TEAM THAT CAN TEACH THE TECHNICAL SIDE. WE NEED HUNGRY SALES TALENT ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles all initial interaction with new tree care clients
• Presents proposal documents and closes sale
• Ensures a smooth transition of new account to the respective manager to service clients need
• Network through professional association
• Responsible for client satisfaction
• Must be able to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and production goals
• Ensures sold work exceeds minimum acceptable gross margins

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of outside sales experience
• Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to negotiate and provide excellent customer service
