Southern Botanical is looking for a LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION SUPERINTENDENT to join our construction team. The successful candidate will direct production, quality control and service for assigned projects. Will manage assigned landscape crews and motivate staff. Must be able to perform all aspects of landscape, hardscape and irrigation installation. Will also be responsible for ensuring project installation is completed as coordinated with team, while interfacing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage assigned crew
- Production and scheduling of assigned projects
- Assess opportunities for change orders for projects in progress
- Interface with subcontractors, suppliers and internal team members to ensure timely completion of project per plan and specification
- Full management of budget vs. actual costs per assigned project
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Perform duties the SoBo Way
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation installation
- Associate Degree in Green or Construction industry, preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Advanced knowledge of construction tools
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Understand general structural requirements of concrete and masonry installations
- Proficiency using a computer and software
