WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, preferred but not required

• ISA Certified Arborist credentials

• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in arboricultural service

• Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be able to negotiate and provide excellent customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles all initial interaction with new tree care clients
• Presents proposal documents and closes sale and responsible for client satisfaction
• 50% of handling SoBo issued leads, and 50% of hunting for new prospects and business.
• Ensures a smooth transition of new account to the respective manager to service clients need
• Network through professional association
• Must be able to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and production goals
• Ensures sold work exceeds minimum acceptable gross margins
