    Job Description

    Well established Medical Management group is seeking an experienced Marketing/Administrative Assistant. The candidate will be working in a support role and providing assistance to the managers, including travel plans, special events planning and attendance, luncheons, meeting preparation, minutes, and maintaining the data base and central filing system. This position is also responsible for assisting in the marketing the company to doctors and attorneys for the purpose of generating consistent business growth.

    A minimum of 2 years experience is a must plus polished and professional corporate skills, including exceptional writing and interpersonal communication capability.

    ABILITY TO DO QUICK AND EFFECTIVE RESEARCH, FOLLOW UP AND COMPLETING TASKS IN A TIMELY MANNER ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS APPLICANT.

    EXPERIENCE: *Moderate skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. *Ability to type proficiently and to operate computer based programs for word processing, presentations, spreadsheets and maintain calendar using Outlook. *Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.*Must have a reliable transportation *Ability to handle multiple tasks frequently within short timelines, to prioritize and organize work, and to complete assignments in a timely, accurate manner. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organization and interpersonal skills.. *Ability to use discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information. ***Ability to handle difficult situations with positive demeanor. Cope and overcome stressful fast paced environment and expectation level.
