    We are growing very quickly and are eagerly seeking a talented full-time Acquisitions Account Manager to join our real estate investing team. You will pursue new properties in the Mobile, Baldwin, Escambia, Gulf Coast Mississippi areas for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. You will utilize the leads and appointments set for you by the marketing department to ensure your and the company's success. In this position, you will work independently and have the opportunity to build your own schedule. Most of the job will be spent preparing for and driving to appointments. Aside from a weekly team meeting every Monday, you are free to work from home, a coffee shop, or wherever you choose within the Mobile, Baldwin, Gulf Coast Mississippi and Escambia areas. Base Salary with Heavy Commissions All leads are provided. You will not have to prospect for leads. Responsibilities: • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Negotiate the sale of real property with homeowners • Follow up with new leads, old leads and on all offers not accepted. • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Go on appointments to properties in the Mobile, Baldwin, Escambia and Gulf Coast Mississippi areas to assess the value of homes and monetary offers to property owners. • Make calls and drive neighborhoods to develop new leads. Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Be very skilled at managing time and prioritize work • Have a passion to perfect your craft and become a sales expert • Be solely responsible for the effectiveness of your peer-to-peer communications • Experience in real estate, sales, and/or customer service is a HUGE plus! • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially Compensation: $65,000 - $105,000 yearly
