    Position Overview

    As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, assist with dispatch coordination, and ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and cared for.

    Your voice sets the tone for the entire customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously

    • Make outbound calls for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups

    • Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently

    • Communicate clearly with technicians and office team

    • Document customer interactions accurately

    • Handle customer concerns with empathy and urgency

    • Support team goals and company initiatives
