As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, assist with dispatch coordination, and ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and cared for.

Document customer interactions accurately
Handle customer concerns with empathy and urgency
