Part-Time - REMOTE Administrative Assistant Who We Are: Southern R&R LLC is a local, owned business based in Dallas, GA that helps provide solutions to difficult real estate situations by purchasing houses and mobile homes. We help folks by buying We provide services from Macon, GA north to the Tennessee state line on the western half of Georgia. We work to create transactions that meet the needs of all parties. What We Offer: We offer flexible hours and the ability to work from home. Pay scale is as follows: starting at $15 per hour for the first 6 weeks, then increasing with increasing experience to $18 over time. We also offer financial incentives for appointments set, appointments kept, properties purchased, and properties sold, as well as paid time off. This position may always be part time, but also has the opportunity to become full time over the next several years, so if you’re looking to grow with our company, the opportunity is there. What We Need: We’re looking for an executive assistant whose primary focus will be assisting the business owners, including, but not limited to, talking to incoming leads, determining seller motivation, managing renovations, marketing properties, and coordinating real estate closings. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to only these tasksCalling, texting, & emailing to schedule appointmentsAnswering incoming callsReviewing sold and active home sales to determine property valueVerifying property information from public recordsTracking & analyzing lead sourcesMaintaining website, social media, & BBB presence/profileOrganizing & inputting receiptsCoordinating closings and renovation schedulesCollecting documents from sellersAssist closing attorney and sellers in resolving title issues.Preparing real estate documents.Reviewing closing documents.Drive to properties, place lock boxes, and for sale signs Qualifications: What We Require: Local: Within one hour of Dallas, GeorgiaProfessional: Use of business etiquette and compassion on phone calls and writing emailsHighly Detailed: able to create, follow, & organize new systems and processes.Resourceful: Must be able to assist in creating solutions to issues.Loyal: someone who wants to grow with us and become our total office manager and who will keep proprietary information confidential.Multi-Tasker: Able to handle several different projects throughout the day.Efficient Home Work Space: Home office must include quiet place for making lead follow up calls, fast computer, high-speed internet access, smartphone with camera, printer, and ability to scan documents.1) Ability to make and receive phone calls. (This person will also find the phone system we’ll be using)2) Ability to check email and respond quickly to time sensitive e-mails.3) Working knowledge of spreadsheets and basic formulas.4) Skilled with online systems such as email, task management software, screen sharing, etc.;5) Comfortable doing online researchReliable Transportation: Reliable vehicle to drive to properties, place lock boxes, and for sale signs.Education: High School or EquivalentPreferred Experience:Real estate contract to close, administrative, paralegal, lending assistant, or similar experienceMicrosoft Excel: 1 year preferredCurrent, Active Georgia Real Estate License - Preferred, but not required to start Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
