Immediate Outside Sales positions are now open for a fast growing insurance restoration company in the Atlanta, GA area. Seeking highly motivated self-starters to join a dynamic team that is quickly taking over the South! We have 100+ Sales reps and some amazing stats to share: 70% of the sales team is making over 100k, the top 20% of the sales team is making between 150k - $180k and last year’s top sales person made $568k. Our competition doesn’t coming close to our high scale commission incentive program. Additionally, offers continuous opportunities for advancement with upward mobility ranging from management to partner. These advancement opportunities have resulted in an industry-low turnover rate. Sales and industry experience preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate needed to meet the following requirements and responsibilities:

Requirements

· Must be able to climb ladder onto roofs

· Lift 60-80 lbs.

· Reliable means of transportation; SUV or Truck preferred

· Complete 90 day training period with experienced Team Lead

· Work full-time hours

Responsibilities

· Acquiring new business (through networking, door knocking and referrals)

· Managing restoration projects

· Scheduling/performing roof inspections

· Overseeing scheduled roofing projects
