HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Take the lead and close the deal at the center of where it all happens – our customers’ homes. As the face of Southern Star DISH, you’ll introduce residential customers to our award-winning TV service and sell state of the art technology in conjunction with servicing their DISH equipment. Your knowledge of our wide-range of technology and services will provide customized solutions to meet needs and elevate the customer experience. You’ll communicate your expertise through hands-on demos that generate new sales during the home visit. You’ll also be responsible meeting sales and service objectives.

OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL SALES EXPERTS TYPICALLY DEMONSTRATE:

• The ability to upsell products and services while installing their DISH system
• Excellent time management
• Communication skills

YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING:

• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft (our ladders have a maximum capacity of 250 lbs)
• Utilize crawl spaces in attics and under homes
• Technicians need to be willing to travel to other location within the company to provide support as needed – up to 20% travel possible - lodging & per diem provided by SSI during these campaigns.

Once you’re a part of the team, you’ll gain amazing compensation opportunities including hourly pay + commission, the chance for performance incentive bonuses as well as the opportunity to receive production-based pay instead of being stuck at your base hourly rate!  We provide paid training; previous experience is not required. Once you go solo we provide the van, phone and equipment you will use to complete your work.
