Office Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to add to our team. The position will require a generalist, in that it will involve bot accounts payable and accounts receivable duties. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is highly desired.
Must have an excellent phone presence since you will be answering some phone calls for the company. Southern Sweepers & Scrubbers, Inc is a rental company for industrial and commercial floor machines. We are one of five locations across the southeast.
Job Requirements
Full Time 40 hours a week
Excel and word knowledge
QuickBooks experience is necessary.
This job will start more geared towards customer invoicing and other small projects that arise. This is not a temporary position and we are looking for a long term employee to a small company.
