Responsibilities: • Demolition and painting work, hanging & finishing sheetrock finishing work • Framing, carpentry, trim & finishing work • Supervised light electrical (power off) • Assembly work, cleaning, and cleanup • Driving and dumping  • Material pickup & delivery work • Digging & landscaping work • Millwork installation Qualifications: • Experience with painting and sheetrock and medium mud work  • High-level carpentry and framing skills able to be demonstrated • AT LEAST 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN A CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENT • Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead. Ability to wear a dust mask or respirator gear required.  • Clean driving record and ability to handle large trucks and trailers  • Own reliable means of transportation.  Compensation: $17.50 per hour (room for growth)
