Who We’re Looking For

A licensed Texas real estate professional (or in process of obtaining license).

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to build relationships and close deals.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

Some CRE experience preferred, but motivated candidates with residential or related backgrounds will be considered.

Compensation This is a commission-based role with competitive splits, strong back-office support, and opportunity for long-term growth.
