POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator supports the project accounting team with administrative duties. This may include data entry, emailing vendors, and various tracking/reporting.

What you’ll do:

· You’ll provide support and gain additional experience and exposure to our project accounting practices and processes.

· Gather backup for customer billings such as pcard receipts, vendor invoices, timesheets and expense reports.

· Assist with project closeout activities as assigned.

· Be open to various other tasks as needed.

What you’ll need to be successful:

· 0-2 years related experience

· You have strong oral and written communication skills.

· You have excellent customer service skills.

· You have knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
