    POSITION SUMMARY

     

    This role provides administrative support to the Risk Management team, which includes the Safety and Legal departments.

     

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    • Participates in claims management, including processing claims in applicable system, exporting data into reports for review with management. Submits data to insurance carriers and follows-up to ensure resolution.
    • Partners with Corporate Accounting to gather information on vehicle miles and reporting.
    • Provides general liability reporting as needed.
    • Provides support to the legal team, tracking various types of contracts in contracts database and exporting data into reports for review with management. Tracks contract deadlines and follows up with appropriate parties.  Maintains electronic and hard-copy filing systems for contracts.
    • Tracks and manages receipt and approval of invoices for outside counsel and other legal service providers.
    • Coordinates responses to RFP requests for legal information and litigation history
    • Participates in ad-hoc projects, as needed.

     

     

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

     

    • High School degree or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
    • Great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain a high level of customer service.
    • Ability to work creatively, independently, and collaboratively as a team member and be able to multi-task and prioritize projects
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
