We’re seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude for our next fitness sales associate. Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Responsibilities: • Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service • Greet members and guests at the studio, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks • Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio • Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers • Generate leads by various methods including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and talking with prospects at local events and studio walk-ins • Acquire leads by contacting, messaging, or emailing new potential members by engaging with them at local events or studio walk-ins • Greet members and guests at the studio, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks • Maintain long-term clientele and grow the studio's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service • Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio • Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way • Answer calls quickly and positively • Greet every member warmly • Maintain cleanliness of the gym at all times • Seek new sales opportunities • Relay member complaints to the manager Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Previous customer service experience required for this position • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed • At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred • Stays organized and manages time well Compensation: $15+ hourly
