Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a TELLER at our DALLAS BRANCH LOCATED NEAR LOVE FIELD AIRPORT. SCHEDULE:  Normal business hours 8:15 am – 5:15 pm, Monday – Friday

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Be enthusiastic about what you do
• Have a great attitude
• Provides prompt and courteous service to members while processing transactions and answering questions
• Actively market and cross-sell current and new products and services of the credit union while educating members on their benefits and features
• Communicate information clearly and effectively while maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition toward members and co-workers
• Handles account modifications, inquiries, and member research requests through phone, mail, fax, email, and in person
• Opens savings, checking, and money market accounts
• Work reports and special projects for branch office
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal computer, Excel and Word
• Daily Scanning
• Answer phones and direct to appropriate department
• Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment
• Any ad hoc responsibilities that will help keep the branch organized
• High School diploma or equivalent
• ALL QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO PASS A CREDIT AND BACKGROUND CHECK
