    Southwest Sport and Spine Center/FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is in search of an Office Manager/Client Care Specialist for our growing organization. This position requires expertise in billing and collections as well as an ability to lead and inspire members of the administrative team. Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills, a solution oriented mentality and a desire for ongoing growth.

    Southwest Sport and Spine Center/FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is a leading provider of physical therapy, rehabilitation, balance and vestibular retraining, aquatic therapy, and athletic training services. We are a values driven, hospitality based organization seeking to provide the highest caliber of rehabilitative services possible.

    This is a Monday-Friday position with hours anywhere between 7am-7pm. Salary/Hourly compensation is based on experience.

    Job Requirements:

    Candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced medical office environment: multi-line phones, payment processing, knowledge of insurance benefits claims and authorizations procedures to assist patients/clinicians with billing and claims questions.

    Must be capable of delivering the utmost in customer service; friendly, inviting and positive outlook and demeanor required.

    Bilingual (Spanish) required.

    Experience working within the Physical Therapy community a plus.

    Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multi-task and stay organized. Must be detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy, despite frequent interruptions.

    Able to effectively communicate as part of a team. This position serves as a liaison between clinical director, clinicians, support staff and patients and requires a strong but diplomatic, take-charge personality.

    Ability to recognize challenges before they become problems and devise effective solutions while encouraging an atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie.

    Hands-on experience working with Patient Scheduling and Electronic Health Records software.

    Ability to handle scheduling and maximize clinician’s productivity by ensuring minimal clinician “downtime” due to patient cancellations/no shows.

    Competency using Word, Excel, e-mail, and understand medical office filing systems.
