Southwest Sport and Spine Center, Inc. is in search of a Experience Physical Therapy Billing Specialist for a growing Physical Therapy practice. Candidates must have knowledge in all aspects of Billing and Coding for physical therapy services, knowledge of insurances, and insurance benefits. Must have knowledge on how to use an EMR system, reports, and excel spreadsheets. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions.

The Physical Therapy Billing Specialist work among a team of Billing & Coding specialists to complete the full cycle of billing out, collections and A/R for our outpatient physical therapy centers.

Duties Include:

Insurance payment posting - electronic/checks; Patient payment posting; Patient statements; Daily Denials - Analyzing and working completely; Account Receivable - work accounts to avoid timely filing denials; Claim Generation - Electronic/Paper for primary and secondary payers; Statistics; and Medical Records.
