    Southwest Sport and Spine Center, Inc. is in search of a full time, client care specialist. The position involves client scheduling and payment collection in an EMR system. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions

    Education:

    Language Skills-ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

    Mathematical Skills-ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability-ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Computer Skills-to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems; Database Software; Internet Software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Minimum typing speed of 80-90wpm with nil errors.

    Other Skills and Abilities-Approximately 50% of the job description for this position relates to the ability to successfully relate, work effectively, and get along well with patients and colleagues.
