    We are seeking a team member who is dependable, loves to delight clients, and works well in a fast-paced, fun, team environment. This position requires a positive and friendly attitude, great client service skills, and a desire to compassionately care for animals.

    Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    This position requires a positive and friendly attitude, great client service skills, and an understanding of the special relationship between people and their pets. This team member will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service at all times. Greeting clients, weighing pets, and other receptionist/vet assistant duties are required.

    This position requires sitting at a desk for several hours a day as well as moving about the hospital frequently. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs. When the team member is not directly interacting with clients, he/she will be expected to support medical team with basic restraint, hospital cleanliness, etc.

    COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS We are currently operating "curbside" and requiring face coverings to ensure the health and safety of our team.

    Qualifications We have a small, team-oriented, and client service focused hospital in which all team members must work together to perform all hospital duties including daily cleaning and kennel duties. Must cross-train to support the medical team with tasks.

    Candidate must have at least one year of experience in a client service position, have good computer skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking, phone skills, and be comfortable handling pets. Previous veterinary client service experience is a plus.

    Experience with Idexx/Cornerstone is a plus.

    Must be available to work full-time; weekdays until 6:30 pm and Saturdays 8 am – 12:30 pm.
