How will you power what’s possible? Long DescriptionRole SummaryThe position will support and manage the Lean Enterprise system and Continuous Improvement processes coupled with being responsible for the support and development of SCUPP Production System (tools, training, SOP and KPI metrics).The candidate will lead continuous improvement projects working collaboratively with cross functional teams. Participate in the development, execution, and maintenance of transformation plans, delivering coaching and training on Lean principles, concepts and tools, leading kaizen events, knowledge sharing, and helping to identify future Lean minded personnel. Description of Roles and ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of Lean Management system and Lean tools-5S, Daily Huddle Process, Value Stream Mapping(VSM), Standard Work, Strategy Deployment, SMED, TPM and 3P Layout with the ability to become certified and facilitate events on these tools.Assist in analyzing and optimizing plant and equipment layouts using (3P & VPI)Demonstrated experience with transforming business processes, with the ability to promote and sustain continuous improvement efforts/projects and culture through engaging, influencing, inspiring, and motivating othersLead or assist projects from idea generation to execution with the goal of improving key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain dashboards/KPIs for reporting.Maintain accurate and current training documentation for SOPs.
