About Us:

SOVRAN GROUP LLC is an online retail company specializing in Home Decor, Handmade Rugs, and Women's Apparel brands. Our brands include Handicrafts Home, Miss Lavish London, and SHOPTREND. We are looking for a creative UGC Creator who can not only generate engaging user-generated content but also collaborate with social media influencers and creators to boost brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Create Engaging UGC: Develop daily videos and reels that showcase our products in an authentic and compelling manner to encourage user engagement and brand awareness.

2. Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant social media influencers and content creators. Coordinate and execute joint campaigns to amplify brand presence.

3. Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments, and encourage customers and followers to submit their content related to our products.

4. UGC Curation: Collect, curate, and manage user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our brand image and values. Edit and enhance content as needed.

5. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop UGC and influencer collaboration strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

6. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends and adapt UGC and influencer strategies accordingly to stay relevant.

7. Equipment Management: Manage and maintain necessary equipment and tools for UGC and influencer collaboration.

8. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of UGC campaigns and influencer partnerships. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

9. Paid Advertisement: Run paid ads on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to create greater buzz for the new products, promotions and brands

10. **Bloggers & Affiliate Outreach: **Create outreach campaigns to collaborate with bloggers and affiliate marketers in the same products categories.

Requirements:

1. Native English Speaker.
2. Resident of Charlotte, NC.
3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
4. 2-3 years of experience in creating User Generated Content (UGC) for retailers, with a portfolio showcasing previous UGC work.
5. Experience in collaborating with social media influencers and content creators.
6. Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.).
7. Strong creative and storytelling skills.
8. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
