We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for the wellness industry, helping clients find the right products and services to enhance their spa experience. This is a part time or full-time position, with a competitive HOURLY WAGE + COMMISSION PAID WEEKLY. There is an opportunity to earn commission dependent on performance with membership sales.

Duties

Greet clients warmly as they enter the spa, ensuring a positive first impression.

Provide detailed information about spa services and our Lifestyle membership program, assisting clients in making informed choices.

Some night and weekend availability required.

Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional services and enhancements that meet client needs.

Maintain an organized retail area, including restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.

Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the spa.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.

Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products and services effectively.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact positively with clients.

Minium age requirement 18+

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

A passion for wellness, beauty, and spa services is highly desirable.
