    Duties

    Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their spa experience

    Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including processing payments and handling cash with care

    Conduct product demonstrations and upsell spa services or retail items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue

    Maintain a well-stocked retail area by merchandising products attractively and restocking as needed

    Promote spa services through engaging conversations and informative product demos, encouraging repeat visits and selling membership

    Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services, appointments, and promotions while practicing excellent phone etiquette

    Support the team by supervising junior staff or trainees when necessary, fostering a collaborative environment

    Ensure cleanliness and organization of the retail space, treatment rooms, and common areas in compliance with health standards

    Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions efficiently

    Skills

    Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner

    Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader clientele effectively

    Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling

    Proven customer service skills that create positive guest experiences from start to finish

    Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance revenue opportunities

    Supervising experience is a plus for supporting team operations and training new staff members

    Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally in a fast-paced setting
