Provide excellent customer service and support to all members and guests
Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
Answer phones, book appointments
The ability to SELL!
Memberships, gift cards, enhancements and upgrades
Maintain a professional, clean and organized work environment and appearance
Perform various other duties throughout the spa as assigned
What you need to succeed in this role:
Knowledge of basic computer software. Will provide training (Microsoft Office, Zenoti)
Experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
Excellent personal appearance, great verbal and written communication skills
Promote the benefits of massage, skin care, and body toning service. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu of services offered
Ability to handle stressful situations, while remaining poised and professional at all times
