Behind every deeply relaxing Float, Sauna, or Massage experience is a Spa Attendant who ensures the space is calm, clean, and perfectly prepared — every time.

This role is essential to the guest experience. If you enjoy staying active, working behind the scenes, and take pride in high standards, this could be a great fit.

Pay: $15–$17/hour, based on experience

About the Role Spa Attendants are the backbone of the spa. You'll support Float, Infrared Sauna, and Massage services by keeping rooms reset, supplies stocked, and the space flowing smoothly. This is a fast-paced, back-of-house role with light guest interaction — efficiency and consistency are key.

What You'll Be Doing

Reset Float and Infrared Sauna rooms efficiently between guests

Maintain a clean, organized spa environment and manage laundry

Restock towels, robes, and amenities throughout your shift

Monitor and log Float pool water levels (training provided)

Support Massage Therapists with room setup and enhancements

Track inventory and assist with stock organization

Communicate with Front Desk to keep guest flow smooth

Maintain a calm, quiet presence that protects the guest experience

1+ years experience in spa, hospitality, or cleaning roles preferred, but not required — we train the right person.

Schedule & Requirements

Availability required Thursday–Sunday, approximately 4:00pm–9:00pm (closing time varies between 8:30pm–9:45pm depending on the day)

This is an evening shift role — reliable availability during these hours is essential

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Comfortable working in warm environments (sauna areas)
