About the Role

Spa Attendants are the backbone of the spa. You’ll support Float, Infrared Sauna, and Massage services by keeping rooms reset, supplies stocked, and the overall space flowing smoothly.

This is a back-of-house role with light guest interaction and a strong focus on consistency and standards. This is also a fast-paced, detail-driven role where efficiency and high standards are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reset Float and Infrared Sauna rooms efficiently between guests

Maintain a consistently clean and organized spa environment

Restock towels, robes, and amenities throughout your shift

Manage laundry and support overall spa organization

Monitor and log Float pool water levels (training provided)

Support Massage Therapists with room setup and enhancements

Track inventory and assist with stock organization

Communicate with Front Desk to maintain smooth guest flow

Maintain a calm, quiet presence that protects the guest experience

1+ years experience in spa, hospitality, or cleaning roles preferred, but not required — we train the right person

Schedule & Requirements

Availability required Friday–Monday

Evening and weekend shifts are essential

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Comfortable working in warm environments (sauna areas)
