    Job Summary

    We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Concierge to join the team at our thriving spa. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients as they arrive, introduce yourself, offer them water, tea, or the restroom key, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Must have flexible schedule, open to working morning, closing, weekdays, and/or weekend shifts. Weekend shifts are a must. Retail and service commissions.

    Responsibilities

    Greet clients as they arrive and provide an excellent spa experience

    Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and schedule appointments

    Assist clients with paperwork, including intake forms

    Maintain a clean and inviting environment

    Assist staff with laundry

    Willingness to learn new software (Ex: Booker by Mindbody, Messenger, etc)

    Taking inventory

    Checking mail

    Setting up sauna sessions and clean up

    Selling products and arranging pick-ups via our lockers

    Completing tasklist in a timely manner

    Opening and closing the spa

    Contributing to our social media presence

    Qualifications

    Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

    Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Familiar with computers and scheduling software

    Excellent multi-tasking skills
