The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Concierge team members to join our award-winning spa.

✨ $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for team members working 36+ hours per week ✨

Schedule Requirements: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday This position requires travel to both our Hoboken and Montclair locations

As a Spa Concierge, you will serve as the first and last impression of our spa, ensuring every guest receives warm, personalized service and an exceptional luxury experience.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality

Provide personalized attention from arrival through departure

Educate guests about The Woodhouse experience, amenities, services, and spa offerings

Guide guests through the spa and ensure a seamless and relaxing visit

Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with guest inquiries

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment

Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences through thoughtful attention to detail

Support daily spa operations and assist leadership in ensuring smooth business flow

Serve as a brand ambassador by upholding The Woodhouse standards of excellence

What We're Looking For

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or customer service experience preferred

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
