As we approach our first holiday season, we have recently recruited for seasonal team members, and are now seeking to add a few more part-time team members to support our growing guest base throughout the year.

More specifically, our fabulous Spa Concierge:

Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door

Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience

Answers the phone with a smile each and every time

Is a brand ambassador, making sure the guests have a clean, safe place for memorable experiences

Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries

Helps deliver events for guests joining us to celebrate special occasions and host wellness-centered gatherings

Understands and explains all services offered and recommends based upon guest needs

Recommends products based on customers wellness needs
