    Dahlia's Wellness Center & Medspa is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Patient/Client Coordinator to join our growing team.

    As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting daily operations, scheduling, communication, and client retention.

    Tuesdays-Saturdays | Passaic, NJ

    We are looking for someone who is:

    • Warm, professional, and personable • Comfortable building relationships with clients • Confident speaking on the phone and following up with leads • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Coachable and eager to learn • Passionate about wellness, beauty, skincare, and client care • Comfortable discussing services, promotions, and treatment options with clients

    Responsibilities:

    Client Communication • Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries • Schedule and confirm appointments • Follow up with prospective and existing clients • Assist with client retention and rebooking

    Front Desk Operations • Check clients in and out • Manage intake forms and client records • Support daily office operations • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

    Sales & Client Experience • Educate clients on services, packages, and promotions • Assist with package and product sales • Request reviews and testimonials • Help create a positive, luxury client experience

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Comfortable using phones, texting, and scheduling software • Sales experience preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Medspa, spa, medical office, salon, or hospitality experience preferred
