    Role Description

    We are seeking a reliable Spa Coordinator to support front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for all clients.

    This position is responsible for helping maintain daily spa operations while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    Greet clients and manage check-in and check-out processes.

    Answer phones and schedule appointments.

    Process payments and maintain accurate records.

    Maintain cleanliness of the spa, including laundry and common areas.

    Support daily operations and assist clients as needed.

    Help maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

    Requirements

    Strong customer service skills.

    Reliable, organized, and professional.

    Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

    Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including front desk, customer service, scheduling, cleaning, and administrative tasks.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

    Prior customer service experience preferred.

    Compensation

    $17.00 per hour

    Schedule

    Part-time position.

    Hours vary based on appointments and business needs.
