Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is part of a nationally recognized brand with 500+ locations across the U.S. and Canada — and we’re growing! We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving, results-driven Spa Manager to lead our Kingwood location and help create an experience guests can’t stop talking about.

This isn’t a desk-only role. This is for someone who loves being on the floor, building a strong team culture, hitting goals, and having fun doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, coaching, and developing an amazing spa team

Driving memberships, retail sales, and service enhancements

Setting the tone for an elevated, welcoming guest experience

Jumping in on the floor when needed — leading by example

Tracking performance, spotting opportunities, and improving results

Keeping the spa clean, calm, and running smoothly

Hiring, training, mentoring, and empowering your team

Handling guest concerns with confidence, care, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Leadership or management experience (spa, hospitality, retail, or sales preferred)

Strong communication and organization skills

A sales-savvy mindset with a heart for people

Someone who can be fun and firm when needed

High standards, positive energy, and accountability

Spa experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right leader.
