Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, highly personable candidate with a flexible schedule.
Availability: We’re looking for a dedicated candidate who can commit to a minimum of 27 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings. Flexibility to travel between our 8 San Antonio locations and reliable transportation are a must.
What You’ll Do
· Greet Guests and Members with warmth, positivity, and a genuine smile
· Master our booking software to schedule appointments, manage check-ins/outs, and process payments
· Build lasting rapport with Guest in the lobby, creating a welcoming atmosphere
· Present and sell membership programs with confidence and charm
· Deliver exceptional Guest experiences to retain Members and drive in returning Guests
· Answer phones with professional, upbeat etiquette
· Thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a mature, solution-oriented attitude
