Role Description We are seeking a reliable Spa Front Desk team member to support daily spa operations and provide excellent customer service.
This role is responsible for helping maintain a professional and organized front desk environment while ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and assist with check-in and check-out.
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
Support daily spa operations as needed.
Provide a professional and welcoming client experience.
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, organized, and professional.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule availability based on business needs.
Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including front desk, customer service, scheduling, cleaning, and administrative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
Compensation
$17.00 per hour
Schedule
Part-time position.
