What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience running a $3M personal care business

Managed 35 + employees, in several roles

Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements

5+ years SALES management and proven personal sales, commision experience helpful.

5 + years manging and developing people

What You’ll Do:

Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team through hands-on leadership and a strong focus on team development.

Drive Results: Take charge of daily operations, ensuring that goals are met and performance is optimized across all areas.

Foster a Positive Culture: Build and maintain a strong, positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and encouraged to grow.

Develop Future Leaders: Actively train, mentor, and develop team members to promote growth from within the organization.

Strategic Vision: Help shape and implement strategies that align with our company’s goals and vision for the future.
