Now Hiring Spa Manager! $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Busy spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our full-service spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate a team of service providers and front desk associates

Drive membership sales and guest retention through coaching and accountability

Recruit, hire, and develop top talent

Manage daily spa operations and ensure an exceptional client experience

Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve goals

Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development efforts

Foster a positive, professional, and results-oriented team culture

Qualifications

2-3 years of management experience in the spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or service industry

Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team

Strong customer service and sales background

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to promote the benefits of massage therapy and skincare services

Flexible schedule, including evenings and one weekend day
