    Position Summary : We are seeking a driven and experienced Spa Operations Manager to lead the successful launch and daily operations of our spa location. This is a pivotal role for a strategic and hands-on leader who is passionate about wellness, team-building, and creating systems that support sustainable growth.This individual will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily spa operations, and representing our brand at community events.

    Sales & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus):

    Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals through services, retail, and memberships

    Lead, coach, and develop staff in consultative selling, upselling, rebooking, and client retention

    Create and implement sales campaigns and exclusive spa promotions

    Analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities

    Manage and grow client memberships and loyalty programs

    Ensure a luxury client journey from consultation to service delivery

    Spa Operations:

    Oversee all daily operations, including scheduling, team flow, and facility upkeep

    manage, and inspire massage therapists, estheticians, Lash technicians and front desk staff

    Maintain compliance with safety, health, and cleanliness standards

    Use spa management platforms (POS, booking, inventory) to support operational efficiency

    Oversee inventory levels and retail product sales

    Community & Event Engagement:

    Represent the spa at offsite wellness events, pop-ups, and sponsored activations

    Help coordinate and execute community outreach and educational events

    Develop partnerships that align with our brand’s mission to normalize self-care

    Collaborate with marketing to promote spa events and classes

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of management experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments

    Proven ability to lead sales-focused teams and exceed revenue goals

    Strong background in client acquisition, retention, and event coordination

    Passion for wellness, community building, and empowering self-care

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, and spa software platforms

    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

    Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including evenings, and weekends

    Reliable transportation required for local offsite events
