    We’re seeking a part-time Spa Receptionist who is friendly, dependable, and open to learning. At FFC, top-notch customer service is essential! You’ll help maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe space for guests while embodying our core values. Join a compassionate, diverse team that values relationships and the impact of helping others.

    We’re looking to cover these weekly hours at our Gold Coast location: Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30am-6:00pm. We're seeking candidates who genuinely enjoy interacting with people and preferably with prior reception desk experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Greet members by name and with a smile

    Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and workers

    Maintain cleanliness of the spa’s front desk, shop and tanning areas (if applicable)

    Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly in a professional manner

    Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings

    Book appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable service(s)

    Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash register at the close of each shift

    Connect with clients via phone for reminder and confirmation calls

    Serve as an expert on Recovery Lounge products and services

    Educating clients on the Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions

    Respond to members’ questions and concerns as needed

    Provide additional support to the other departments as needed​
