    MassageLuXe is looking for a friendly, professional, and sales-focused Spa Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position is the first and last impression for our guests and members, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, dependable, and comfortable helping clients with scheduling, memberships, services, enhancements, and retail products.

    The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced spa environment, and takes pride in creating an excellent guest experience from check-in to check-out.

    Responsibilities

    As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and helping ensure the spa runs smoothly throughout the day. This role also includes educating guests on memberships, service options, enhancements, and retail products in a professional and helpful manner.

    Daily responsibilities include:

    Greet guests and members with a warm, professional attitude

    Answer phone calls, emails, and voicemail inquiries promptly

    Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments

    Check clients in and out using spa software

    Educate guests on services, memberships, enhancements, and retail products

    Support membership sales, upgrades, and guest retention

    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area

    Communicate professionally with massage therapists, estheticians, managers, and guests

    Assist with daily opening and closing front desk duties

    Handle guest questions, concerns, and appointment changes with professionalism

    Follow company policies regarding client privacy, payments, scheduling, and service procedures

    Qualifications

    Previous front desk, customer service, spa, salon, retail, or sales experience preferred

    Strong communication and phone skills

    Friendly, professional, and positive attitude

    Comfortable recommending memberships, services, enhancements, and products

    Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

    Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

    Basic computer and scheduling software skills

    Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

    Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as business needs require
