The Club at Ocala Preserve
A Spa Receptionist serves as a specialized customer service representative. This employee will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of consumer/guest needs to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for the residents and guests. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are necessary to succeed in this role. In short, their primary duty is to be of service to consumers/guests and keep them happy, book appointments for the Spa, and oversee additional Spa duties/needs of the Clients and Techs.
Job responsibilities
The expectations are to provide personal services to residents. Those services may include, but limited to:
Greeting residents/customers
Manage residents/customer complaints
Booking appointments
Taking messages
Perform basic administrative/reception duties
Cleaning/Maintaining the Spa Rooms and Laundry
Scheduling, Answering Phone calls & Emails
Assisting in or directing to the proper channels based on the needs of the Member/Guest
