Position Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests

Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival

Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades

Adhere to proper filing procedures and file maintenance

Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy

Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance

Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude

Collaborate effectively as a team player

Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills and work ethic

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Zenoti (training provided), and basic accounting principles

Availability to work flexible days and hours
