Sales Associate & Spa Experience Ambassador

We are in search of both full and part-time sales associates. You will play an important role in ensuring our spa runs smoothly, and that our clients experience the ultimate in affordable, luxurious, massage and skin care therapy services.

Customer-focused with a friendly, warm and welcoming disposition.
Excited to work in a sales-based job; able to educate clients and present our membership program to all non-members in a friendly, relaxed, and fun manner.

Ability to memorize scripts, routines, and procedures.
Presenting yourself in a polished and professional manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, multi-task and stay focused. Thrive in a competitive (yet fun), sales-based environment. Have high attention to detail. Be a team player; be willing to help and assist other team members when needed. Enjoy staying busy and keeping the work environment pristine, clean, and organized. Enjoy continuous learning and receiving job-specific feedback about how to improve. Be punctual and dependable. Have a strong work ethic and take ownership of improving processes and procedures. Be professional, show discretion, and respect client confidentiality. Ability to work nights and/or weekends and have flexibility with schedules preferred. Previous retail and/or membership sales experience highly preferred.
Job Duties:
Sell memberships, gift cards and other retail items; must meet membership sales quotas.
Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.
Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
Efficiently and effectively answer phones, book appointments, and check clients out after service.
Learn and work with a Point of Sales (POS) System [Zenoti] to ring up various transactions.
Educate clients about the services we provide and our membership benefits.
Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
Ensure the spa is organized and clean.
Perform various other duties as assigned.

We are open seven days a week with extended hours so clients can look and feel their best affordably and conveniently. Currently there are over 600 locations open in both the U.S. and Canada, and new locations open every month.
