Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a dynamic, personable, and energetic Spa Sales Manager who knows how to achieve sales goals, infuse a team with a can-do spirit, and spot the next sales/service all-stars.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter that will mentor and inspire our staff by maintaining high performance standards, leading by example, providing superb customer service, and setting and reaching sales goals for individuals and the team.
The primary Responsibilities and Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
Lead a staff of service professionals, with demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
Implement and achieve individual and team sales goals in spa memberships, service enhancements and upgrades, and retail sales
Support the Spa Director and Owners in executing the day-to-day operations of the spa, along with specific assigned responsibilities
Promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and skin care services
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, ordering/inventory, and reporting
Ongoing recruitment of a best-in-class team
Utilize reporting and data analytics to determine bright spots and areas of improvement
Uphold spa cleanliness standards, including maintenance issues, throughout the spa
Community Outreach
The primary Qualifications for this role include, but are not limited to:
A passion for people and sales, with a high level of enthusiasm
Minimum of 2 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or spa environment, LMBT License & experience preferred
Computer proficiency
Responsibility and dependability are a must
Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines
Enthusiasm in ongoing training and education, personally and for staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be utilized internally and externally
