    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Experience in membership sales model.

    Minimum 3 years of sales management experience

    Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.

    Bilingual in Spanish and English

    What We’re Looking For:

    Proven Experience running a large scale personal care business

    Managed 25 + employees, in several roles

    Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements

    5+ years SALES management and proven personal sales, commision experience helpful.
