Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Portsmouth, NH is looking for a Guest Experience & Membership Sales Associate to be the face of our spa and play a key role in growing our membership community.

This is more than a front desk position. Successful Spa Associates connect with guests, recommend wellness services, and help clients make self-care a regular part of their routine.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression

Scheduling appointments and managing the spa calendar

Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with questions

Supporting member retention through outstanding customer service

Maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment

Assisting with daily spa operations as needed
