As a Hand & Stone Spa Associate, You Will:

Meet membership sales goals.

Maintain detailed knowledge of our menu of services.

Provide excellent customer service, building lasting connections with members and guests.

Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.

Uphold our high spa cleanliness standards.

Efficiently answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage documents.

Perform various other duties as assigned to support spa operations.

Availability to work weekends is a required part of this role.
