What You’ll Do:

Be the face of the spa — greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and purpose

Drive membership sales by genuinely connecting with clients and offering the benefits of wellness

Manage the front desk — answer calls, book appointments, and keep the schedule running smoothly

Keep our spa clean, organized, and always guest-ready

Work with a team that supports one another and celebrates success

Share and promote current offers, upgrades, and service enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with a passion for customer care and relationship-building

Strong communicator with a polished, professional presence

Comfortable working with goals and motivated by performance incentives

Quick learner — we’ll train you on our services and systems

Organized, calm under pressure, and able to multitask

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or wellness is a plus
