We are looking for a driven Spa Sales Associate with a strong sales background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation

Competitive base pay plus commission

Key Responsibilities

Actively sell spa services, packages, and memberships

Convert inquiries, consultations, and leads into booked appointments

Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions and retention

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Educate clients on services, treatment plans, and promotions

Accurately document sales activity and client interactions

Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

Proven sales experience required

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong communication, closing, and follow-up skills

Professional, confident, and customer-focused

Comfortable in a performance-driven environment

Spa, wellness, medical aesthetics, or luxury retail experience is a plus
